Michael Rivera, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of Business Information Systems in the department of Decision and Technology Analytics (DATA) at the College of Business, Lehigh University. Before joining Lehigh, he was a faculty member at Temple University. He received his Ph.D. from Purdue University.

His current research focuses on real-time feedback, digital transformation, and digital leadership, and he has several published papers in Information Systems Research. His teaching primarily centers on machine learning and AI strategy.

The target audience for this workshop is leaders and managers who want to leverage artificial intelligence to enhance their problem-solving skills and drive innovation within their organizations. No prior AI experience is required.
