The program aims to cultivate leaders who can pioneer AI-driven problem solving strategies within their organizations.

Participants will engage with a variety of topics that fuse AI technology with advanced problem solving techniques. These include differentiating between standard and creative problem solving approaches and understanding the enhanced process of AI-enabled creative problem solving. We will also cover the significance of a balanced approach encompassing mindset, skillset, and toolset to foster innovative solutions. Practical sessions will provide hands-on experience with specific tools and frameworks that enhance problem solving. 

Faculty:

Michael Rivera, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of Business Information Systems in the department of Decision and Technology Analytics (DATA) at the College of Business, Lehigh University. Before joining Lehigh, he was a faculty member at Temple University. He received his Ph.D. from Purdue University.

His current research focuses on real-time feedback, digital transformation, and digital leadership, and he has several published papers in Information Systems Research. His teaching primarily centers on machine learning and AI strategy.
