Michael Rivera, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Business Information Systems in the Department of Decision and Technology Analytics (DATA) at the College of Business, Lehigh University. Before joining Lehigh, he was a faculty member at Temple University. He received his Ph.D. from Purdue University.

His current research focuses on real-time feedback, digital transformation, and digital leadership, and he has several published papers in Information Systems Research. His teaching primarily centers on machine learning and AI strategy.
